Shipping and Return Policy (In Store and Online)
Shipping: All orders placed on www.shopkindredla.com will be processed and shipped Wednesday-Friday. Please be sure to select expedited shipping at check out if you need your goods by a certain date, as we cannot control shipping times. Once kindred has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. kindred is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
Online Return Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to issue a refund (minus shipping) on full priced items within 14 days of the date it was received. A receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was used or not. If deemed to be in used/not new condition, the item with be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. All items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return or exchange. All returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours from delivery of goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Return Policy: We are happy to accept returns on any item received as a gift within 14 days of the date of purchase/receipt of goods . A gift card/store credit (physical or digital) will be issued for any returned gift items. No refunds will be given. Gift cards/store credit do not expire and may be used in-store or online. Gift cards/store credit are transferable upon request.
In-Store Return Policy: Returns on full priced merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only (excluding intimates, swimwear, fine jewelry, apothecary, and vintage goods). No refunds will be given. All sale/discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and as such are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Online Exchange Policy: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a full refund and place a new order.
